I am a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC-C), certified Natural Health Consultant, Healing Touch, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Wellness Counselling and Life Coach and am the owner of the Inner Fitness® Programs (Canada). I bring 30 years of counselling experience, workshop facilitation, photography and consulting to organizations to infuse holistic, relationship building, health and wellness.

Transformation is my passion... whether as counselor/coach with client, or as photographer. We can experience life through a new lens of perspective and momentum and through expressing our passions fully!

All of my gear is Canon-made. The majority of my photography is using natural light, but when needing to supplement, I especially love my Ice Light.
